Hi, I’m Ellie — a functional dietitian and health coach, specialized in integrative nutrition and holistic wellbeing. I support people who want to improve their health from the root, restoring physical, digestive, and emotional balance through conscious eating, prevention, and a lifestyle aligned with their own biology.
My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with a human, empathetic, and grounded perspective. I believe in the power of living, nourishing food, sustainable habits, and small daily actions that can transform energy, vitality, and long-term wellbeing.
On a personal level, I consider myself joyful, sensitive, and deeply committed to what I do. I’m inspired by positive and curious people who respect nature and the environment. I love cooking, animals, nature, music, traveling, and continuous learning.
I believe in slow, sustainable change — small actions, continuous reflection, and simple tools that help you maintain balance beyond the consultation.
I practice pilates, yoga, barre, and meditation, and live in coherence with what I teach: clean eating, body awareness, and emotional balance. I truly believe that taking care of yourself is also a way of taking care of the world.
My professional journey has been a path of personal and vocational transformation.
After more than a decade working in hospitality and team management, I discovered in nutrition a deeper and more conscious way to care for people. The recovery process after long Covid awakened my curiosity about the connection between food, health, and emotional balance, leading me to train in functional and integrative nutrition.
Over the years, I’ve come to understand that health is not only about what we eat, but also about how we live, rest, manage stress, and connect with our environment. This global vision has led me to deepen my knowledge in areas such as gut microbiota, female hormonal health, immunonutrition, and the mind–body connection, integrating science with daily practice and a compassionate, hands-on approach.
Since then, I’ve continued to specialize in how nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset can influence the prevention and improvement of various health conditions, always from a scientific, human, and sustainable perspective.
Today, I guide people to take care of their health through food awareness and lifestyle balance, combining knowledge, sensitivity, and rigor. My goal is to inspire a kinder relationship with food and with oneself, fostering genuine, lasting wellbeing.
